Day Trip from Dublin: Malahide Castle and Howth
When I spent a weekend in Dublin, I wanted to take a day trip but wasn’t sure where or how I would go. I visited the tourism office and browsed the available tours. There was a Sunday afternoon tour to visit Malahide Castle and Gardens and the nearby village Howth! Both are not far from Dublin and can easily be visited in an afternoon. A Weekend in Dublin
Dublin is the capital of Ireland, located on the Eastern Coast of the country. This city boasts many amazing attractions! I spent a solo weekend in Dublin in the fall of 2016. These are my highlights of this charming city: I started my weekend in Dublin by going on a Free Walking Tour, exploring the south side of the city. This worked out especially well for me because I had zero game plan when I arrived.
